- BPI Family Housing Loan applications received from July 13-Oct. 31, 2019 may avail of the promo offer below:
- Client must meet the following conditions to qualify for the promo:
- For home acquisition accounts only
- Must be an individual borrower - juridical* entity clients are not entitled to the promo
- Must have a minimum loan amount of 2 Million Pesos
- Must have a minimum loan term of 10 years
- Loan must be availed** on or before Dec. 27, 2019
- Only the following fees are included in the “Waived Fees” offer: processing, handling, appraisal, registration and notarial fees of up to Fifty Thousand Pesos (P50k) only. Documentary stamp tax (DST), fire insurance premium and Group Financial Security Plan (GFSP) premium are NOT included in the “Waived Fees” offer. Fees in excess of P50,000 will be shouldered by the client.
- If client pre-terminates or pre-pays the loan, in whole or in part, within 5 years after loan release, he/she shall be charged with the full amount of the waived fees.
- The other standard terms and conditions for BPI Family Housing Loans apply.
- In case of dispute, the decision of BPI Family Savings Bank, in concurrence with DTI, regarding this promo will be deemed final and non-negotiable.
- BPI Family Savings Bank shall ensure that the promo offers are given to qualified clients based on the promo mechanics. These Terms and Conditions of the “All Out 2 Promo” shall form an integral part of the Mortgage Loan Agreement and Credit Advice which the client will execute with BPI Family Savings Bank.
